Q: I purchased a defective product. What now?
Logo Brands warrants its products against manufacturer defects only, including and limited to material or craftsmanship defects for the lifetime of the product. If you purchased items from logobrands.com and think the merchandise has a manufacturer defect, please contact our team at email@example.com. If you purchased Logo Brands products from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer where you purchased it from directly to address the issue.
Q: Can I purchase a replacement canopy for my tent frame?
We do not currently offer canopies for individual sale.
Q: If I don’t see something I want online, does that mean it’s not available?
That’s a pretty safe assumption. There are rare occasions when we may have something and not make it available online. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 615-261-2100 for specific product questions.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order I placed on the site?
We’d like to think we’re pretty speedy! We typically process all orders within 48 hours. All logobrands.com orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Franklin, TN. We ship via FedEx and the maximum time in transit to any US location once it leaves our hands is 5 days.
