Q: What if I need to replace only certain parts of my tent?

We work with a third party company for you to purchase tent replacement parts. Please visit replacementtentparts.com to complete the steps. You will need to know some specific information about your frame before finding the exact replacement part that you need.

 

Q: Can I purchase a replacement canopy for my tent frame?

We do not currently offer canopies for individual sale. 

 

Q: If I don’t see something I want online, does that mean it’s not available?

That’s a pretty safe assumption. There are rare occasions when we may have something and not make it available online. Please contact customerservice@logobrands.com or 615-261-2100 for specific product questions.

 

Q: Is it possible to order your product with a custom logo?

Yes! We can create products for your company, team or event. Please contact customerservice@logobrands.com or 615-261-2100 to further discuss how we can help.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order I placed on the site?

We’d like to think we’re pretty speedy! We typically process all orders within 48 hours. All logobrands.com orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Franklin, TN. We ship via FedEx and the maximum time in transit to any US location once it leaves our hands is 5 days.

FedEx observes the following holidays so shipment or delivery may not be available: 

January 1 & 2, 2017 for New Year's

March 25, 2017 for Good Friday

March 27, 2017 for Easter

May 20, 2017 for Memorial Day

July 2, 3 & 4, 2017 for Independence Day

November 24, 25 & 26, 2017 for Thanksgiving

December 23, 24, 25 & 26, 2017 for Christmas
