A great replacement lid

I have had my 20 oz SS tumbler for 3-4 months, a gift from my daughter. It works very well as it keeps liquids very cold and very hot for many hours so when the slider broke a tab on the lid, it was not as easy to use. So I ran down the Logo Brands people and Ms. Pam in Customer Service was a great help in me getting new lids. I can already tell you that there has been a revised design or manufacturer, as the slider is a bit tighter but works very well. She turned around the order and I am very happy with the results. TW

Excellent product, Excellent customer Service!

I ordered a replacement lid for my stainless steel 20 oz USC Tumbler, but didn't order the correct one- found that out once I received it. Thankfully Pam received my customer support email and was quick to respond and helpful to get the information needed for a correct fit. Within a few days, she sent me a replacement lid that fit my tumbler perfectly! She is amazing! Thank you Logobrand! 😊
