Received the chair very quickly and very pleased with it. Bag in which it came seemed to be of lower quality than the ones that came with other chairs I've owned.

Turns out it was of lower quality. It tore in varying degrees on three bottom corners after taking to the first game.

But I'm giving a 5 star review because of rhe quality of the chair and the remarkable response I've received from the Logo Brands customer service department, specifically Pam. She replied to my comments within a day. And, after receiving photos of the damage incurred, she immediately arranged for a replacement bag to be sent to me. She also did something that was well beyond what one would think should have been done.

I would suggest that they look into improving the construction of the bag. But other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.
