This page is regarding orders placed with logobrands.com. If you have questions regarding a return or defect but did not order from logobrands.com, please contact the store where you purchased your product directly for repair or replacement of your product.
If you are unhappy with your logobrands.com purchase for any reason, we gladly accept returns for 60 days from the date of receival. A full product refund will be issued to the card used for payment. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. Products must be unused with the tags still intact.
To make a return from a logobrands.com purchase, please log in to your account. Click the 'MY ACCOUNT' icon in the top right hand corner. Click the RETURN REQUEST tab to find the order you'd like to return and proceed. Or go to the page directly here. If you do not have a login, please use the 'Request a Return' button below.
Once we receive and process the return, your credit card will be refunded and you will be notified via email.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue even exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the items you wish to exchange it for.
Logo Brands warrants its products against manufacturer defects only, including and limited to material or craftsmanship defects for the lifetime of the product. If you purchased your items from logobrands.com and should you decide the merchandise has a manufacturer defect, please follow the return process above.
