Big Things Are Happening at Logo Brands


New Headquarters & Warehouse
We’re thrilled to announce our expansion with a new headquarters in Williamson County and a state-of-the-art warehouse in Maury County, Tennessee. Our new 342,000-square-foot warehouse in Spring Hill and 21,000-square-foot corporate office in Franklin will support our continued growth while keeping us deeply connected to the region. This investment reaffirms our commitment to the local community, where we’ll provide jobs for nearly 250 families, further strengthening our ties to Williamson and Maury Counties and paving the way for future success.

Logo Brands, Inc. has partnered with HONAV USA, the exclusive provider of Olympic pins, to create a comprehensive lineup of FIFA and Olympic products for upcoming global sporting events. This collaboration will offer over 500 product lines, including drinkware, outdoor furniture, and exclusive Olympic pins, for events such as the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Games, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Olympics. The products will be available through major retailers like Fanatics, Walmart, Target, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as Logo Brands' e-commerce site. The partnership combines HONAV USA’s expertise in Olympic memorabilia with Logo Brands' retail distribution, enhancing the fan experience for these iconic events.

Tariffs
On February 1, 2025, President Trump announced the imposition of an additional 10% tariff on all imports from China. This law went into effect on February 4, 2025. In addition to the 10% tariff, a new tariff of 25% on steel was announced on February 12th. While some of our items are exempted, it will impact certain categories. On February 27th the president announced an increase to the tariff for products made in China to 20%. The tariff on goods from China went into effect February 4.
Because we are your trusted advisor, Logo Brands will always be honest about economic and industry changes. We work tirelessly to make good decisions that result in a positive outcome for not just Logo Brands, but also our customers.
We began to shift the supply chain four years ago and currently have many items made in places outside of China that will not receive any increases at all. Approximately 25% of our supply chain is not affected by these tariff changes.
Logo Brands is aggressively expanding manufacturing in other parts of the world as a long strategy to mitigate tariffs. We expect to start seeing fruit from these changes as early as Q4 of 2025.
Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show



We just wrapped up an incredible few days at the 2025 Sports Licensing and Tailgate Show in Las Vegas! This year, we elevated our presence with a refreshed booth layout and an expanded product lineup. The Opening Night Event at Brooklyn Bowl that we co-sponsored with Colosseum, was a huge hit! Overall, the show was a great success, and we hope you were able to stop by our booth to see all the exciting new product for 2025!
