Social And Ethical Compliance

Ethical Supplier Engagement Program (ESEP)

We proudly participate in the Ethical Supplier Engagement Program (ESEP), a global monitoring initiative that evaluates labor practices and environmental standards in our partner factories.

Developed to support universities and their licensees, ESEP helps ensure factories meet stringent social compliance expectations. Here's how it supports our commitment:

  • Annual Audits: Factories undergo annual audits, producing detailed reports and corrective action plans (CAPs).
  • Remediation & Monitoring: Each CAP is reviewed for follow-up, with feedback provided to help drive improvement.
  • Ongoing Support: The ESEP team works directly with partners to promote accountability, transparency, and lasting progress.

By integrating ESEP into our sourcing practices, we promote worker rights, sustainability, and ethical manufacturing at every level.

At Logo Brands, we are committed to ethical sourcing, fair labor practices, and responsible manufacturing. Through our Social and Ethical Compliance and participation in the Ethical Supplier Engagement Program (ESEP), we ensure the highest standards across our global supply chain.
