Economy Frame Part #8 - Canopy Top Connector

Economy Canopy Frame

Purchased the canopy and the frame lasted one game. Broke in light windy conditions. Less than 10mph that day. Y’all sent me a replacement frame for last season and that frame also broke within a few months. I have another Coleman canopy that has lasted almost 10 yrs with no issue. These frames do not appear to be that durable in my experience. What are my options.? Are you able to send another replacement.?

My previous frame lasted close to 15 years. The new frame lasted 2 games because I chose to use it on the last game broken. Once unpacked, 2 of the supports were broken. I like that the new one is lighter but it is not sturdy. No receipt either. How can I replace the frame under warranty???

New frame works, but is clearly made differently from previous models.....that means this one is not as substantial and will need to be replaced. Last frame from this company last 15 years. This one will be lucky to last 3. But - it will finish the season!

Bought this to update an older tent. The quality is good but take into account it is a lighter frame. That is not a bad thing as I get older. Just realize it may not stand the wind as the heavier premium would.
