The shooter is very nice quality. I got them for my husband as valentines day gift and he loved them. I ordered two and one arrived broken, had the same problem with one of the shot glasses that I ordered that were shipped in the same box. I contacted customer service to see if it was possible to get a replacement. They were very quick to respond and said if I sent pictures of the broken ones they would send a replacement but I had already thrown them away. I would highly recommend the shooters but be sure to take pictures if they arrive broken before you throw them away.
